Search Engine Optimization Service( SEO )
-
Scope of Work
WebConstructive provides complete SEO services aimed at improving a website’s visibility on search engines. The service includes keyword research and strategy, on-page optimization (meta tags, headers, internal linking, image optimization), technical SEO audits, off-page link building, content optimization, local SEO (if applicable), and monthly performance reporting. Setup and optimization of essential tools like Google Search Console and Google Analytics are also included in the initial phase. -
Access Requirements
To ensure effective SEO implementation, the client must provide full access to the website’s backend (CMS or admin panel), cPanel/FTP or hosting credentials, Google Search Console, and Google Analytics. In some cases, server access or plugin installation rights may be required. Delays in sharing access may impact the speed and effectiveness of optimization activities and are not the responsibility of WebConstructive. -
Keyword Strategy
WebConstructive will conduct detailed keyword research using industry tools and propose a keyword strategy tailored to the client’s business goals and target audience. Keywords will be finalized only after client approval. A shift in strategy after approval may require additional time or resource adjustment, which will be discussed accordingly. -
Timeline & Ranking Expectations
SEO is a long-term strategy and results are gradual. While minor improvements may be seen in the first 30–60 days, substantial improvements in rankings and traffic typically take 3 to 6 months depending on competition, domain history, and market dynamics. WebConstructive does not guarantee first-page rankings or a specific increase in traffic or leads due to the ever-evolving nature of search engine algorithms and third-party dependencies. -
Deliverables & Activities
Each month’s deliverables typically include:
- On-page SEO for 5–10 pages
- 30–50 backlinks (mix of guest posts, citations, and directories)
- Monthly keyword and traffic performance reports
- Technical improvements (if required)
- Blog/content optimization (if part of the package)
- Meta tag creation and update
Deliverables may vary based on the SEO plan selected and will be defined at the start of the engagement.
-
Content (If Included)
If SEO content writing is part of the package, WebConstructive will deliver 2–4 blog posts or landing page content per month, depending on scope. These will be written with keyword integration and SEO best practices. One revision per piece is allowed; additional rewrites will be billed separately. -
Reporting & Communication
WebConstructive will provide a detailed monthly SEO report covering keyword rankings, traffic trends, technical improvements, backlink growth, and recommendations for the next month. The report will be shared before 10th of each month. Monthly review calls can be scheduled upon request or included in premium plans. -
Tools & Third-Party Costs
Free and in-house SEO tools are used by default. If the client requires data from premium tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Surfer SEO), they can either subscribe directly or the additional cost will be included in the monthly invoice with prior approval. -
Payment Terms
SEO services are billed monthly in advance. The payment must be made before the 10th of every month to continue service without interruption, delayed payments will pause campaign activities and may result in ranking drops. -
Refund & Cancellation Policy
SEO payments are non-refundable once the work for the month has commenced, as SEO efforts involve time-bound tasks such as link building, audits, and content production. Either party can terminate the service with 30 days' prior written notice. Work will continue through the paid period, and no prorated refunds will be issued. -
Client Responsibilities
The client is expected to:
- Provide timely access and information
- Review and approve keywords, content, and meta tags
- Avoid making changes to SEO elements without notifying WebConstructive
- Keep the website secure and live
Failure to meet these responsibilities may impact SEO results and are not covered under any performance obligations.
-
Ethical SEO Policy
WebConstructive follows only white-hat, Google-compliant SEO practices. We do not use black-hat techniques such as keyword stuffing, cloaking, or paid link schemes. Violating these guidelines can lead to penalties or deindexing, and WebConstructive will not be held liable for client-side non-compliance or unauthorized third-party actions.
Website Development Service
-
Ownership & Intellectual Property
Full ownership of the final website and its codebase will be transferred to the client upon successful completion of the project and full payment of all dues. WebConstructive reserves the right to showcase the project as part of its portfolio and may include a discreet credit in the website footer (“Developed by WebConstructive”) unless the client requests its removal. In such cases, a credit removal fee may be applicable. -
Access & Client Responsibilities
The client is responsible for providing full and timely access to all necessary resources, including domain control panel, hosting server (cPanel/FTP), CMS admin panel, and any relevant third-party tools or accounts. Additionally, branding materials such as the logo, fonts, images, and content must be shared before the project starts. Delays in providing access or content may result in extended timelines, for which WebConstructive will not be held accountable. -
Timeline
The estimated timeline for project completion typically ranges between 2 to 6 weeks, depending on the scope and complexity of the website. The timeline begins only after full access and all necessary resources have been received. Any delays in feedback, approvals, or deliverables from the client will directly affect the delivery schedule and may result in project extension without penalty to WebConstructive. -
Payment Terms
The payment structure is divided into three stages: 50% advance payment before the project begins, 30% upon design approval, and the final 20% upon project completion and before handover or site launch. For small-scale projects under $300, full advance payment may be required. Payments are to be made within the agreed timeframe, and any delay beyond 7 days from the invoice date may attract a late payment fee. -
Revisions Policy
The package includes up to two rounds of revisions during the design and development phase. These revisions are limited to the initially agreed-upon scope. Any additional revisions or new feature requests after the design is approved will be considered out of scope and billed separately on an hourly basis, with rates ranging between $10 and $30 depending on the nature and complexity of the changes. -
Third-Party Costs
Any additional costs for third-party tools such as premium themes, plugins, stock images, payment gateways, or external APIs are not included in the project fee and will be either billed separately or directly procured by the client. WebConstructive will inform the client of any such costs in advance for approval. -
Browser & Device Compatibility
The website will be developed and tested to ensure compatibility with modern browsers including Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Safari, and Microsoft Edge, as well as mobile responsiveness for standard screen sizes. Support for outdated or obsolete browsers (such as Internet Explorer 11 or below) is not included unless explicitly requested and may incur additional charges. -
Training & Handover
Upon project completion, WebConstructive will provide basic training to the client for managing the website’s backend, either via a one-on-one video call or a recorded tutorial. All relevant credentials, documentation, and source files (if applicable) will be handed over to the client once the final payment is received. -
Post-Launch Support
WebConstructive offers 20 days of complimentary post-launch support for resolving bugs, minor technical issues, and ensuring smooth functionality. This support does not include adding new features or major design changes. After the support period, maintenance services can be availed through a separate agreement. -
Ongoing Maintenance
Ongoing maintenance and updates are not included in the development cost unless the client opts for an AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract). AMC plans start from $30/Month and can include updates, security patches, uptime monitoring, and monthly backups depending on the selected tier. -
Content Upload
The project includes uploading content for up to 10 static pages (such as Home, About, Services, Contact, etc.). Any additional pages will be uploaded at a rate of $10 per page. For eCommerce websites, up to 25 product entries are included; beyond that, additional products will be uploaded at a charge of $2 per product. -
Refund & Cancellation Policy
Once the project is confirmed, 30% of the total amount is considered non-refundable to cover pre-development resources and time. If the client decides to cancel the project after development has begun, any refund will be subject to the extent of work completed. In cases where the client is unresponsive for over 30 days without prior notice, the project will be marked as abandoned, closed, and no refund will be issued.

-
Deliverables
Final designs will be delivered in standard formats such as JPG, PNG, and PDF. Source files (PSD, AI, or SVG) can be provided upon request. Any additional formats, size adaptations, or editable files must be confirmed during the initial discussion to avoid additional charges. -
Revisions Policy
Each project includes up to two rounds of revisions. These revisions apply to the initially submitted concepts and must be requested within 3 days of delivery. Any extra rounds of changes or revisions beyond the scope will be billed at $10–$30 per hour, depending on the task. -
Payment Terms
For one-time projects, 50% advance is required to begin the work and 50% upon final delivery. For monthly retainers, full payment must be made in advance each month. Delayed payments beyond 7 days will attract a service pause. -
Ownership & Licensing
Full ownership of the final approved design is transferred to the client after the complete payment. WebConstructive retains the right to showcase the work in its portfolio or social channels unless a non-disclosure agreement is signed. -
Stock Assets
If the design requires premium fonts, illustrations, or stock images, those will be purchased separately and charged at actuals. Free alternatives can be used if preferred by the client. -
